Is this anime?
Originally, I started this piece in acrylics, but soon remembered that I need more practice with such mediums so I fixed it in photoshop. it was worthy of not being completely forgotten, so I saved it.

Anime is not a locked style..
It is a genre of realism mixed with a fantasy cartoon feel..
This is anime in my opinion, and very good anime as well..

Catagories suck. My old comic book shop back home refused to carry this book stating that "they dont handle manga or american artists that try to draw anime style". Whats funny is that the majority of people are over it, and I think people just like to see something different, with flavor. Thats why Im doing a book about samurai sausages after this one.
